Great food, nice service, affordable prices for traditional Bavarian food.

We were here for the second time in a week today because we liked it so much. Everything we ordered was excellent in terms of taste and the way it was presented. The service is very friendly and courteous, the atmosphere is very cozy.

The inn is really very tastefully decorated. No cheap decoration, instead it was color-coordinated most of the time. I like coming here with my people and can rely on being looked after without complaint. We both thought the selection of drinks was fantastic! I haven't been so fascinated by a restaurant for a long time.

We went to the Paulaner yesterday with 4 girls and had a great evening. The food was delicious, the service very friendly and funny. We felt very comfortable and ordered a table again for the next day.

Very good and tasty food. Great soups before starting. Portions very large. Praise to the kitchen and the nice host couple.

For years I have been visiting the Paulaner Embassy again and again, with my partner, with friends, with relatives. Every dish ordered was perfect; delicious, well tempered and fresh. The portions are very large, starters, main and dessert are actually not manageable;). The Sunday brunch (if it can take place again at some point) is also great, nowhere else have I found so many choices at such a price. The service is good, the drinks menu extensive and the ambience rustic and appropriate.

Wonderful place ! Everything that was ordered was very tasty, good portions, very attentive staff, they communicate with each client, pay attention to everyone, whether they like the dish or not, they do their job very well. I recommend to everyone. We will definitely come again.

Certainly yours truly come here with my business partners and can rely on being served brilliantly. From our point of view, a meeting in the pub is highly recommended. The inn is really very aesthetically furnished. No cheap decoration, but the colors were all very nicely matched to each other. My husband and I loved the selection of drinks!

We just had a nice meal there for two. The food was great, the waitress was nice and very attentive despite the fact that there were not enough customers due to Covid19. Keep it up and come over, people, if you want to eat well!

I heartily recommend the restaurant! Great decor, very well arranged room, so we don't feel watched by other guests. Waiters the nicest I've ever met! We were served by a very hit lady, she offered an English menu, she also presented the dishes of the day in English and she took great care of our table. She was not intrusive, but very positive. Food, or the most important part, was 10/10. Although the dishes are traditionally Bavarian, I think they will satisfy Polish taste buds :) I ordered pork tenderloin with Butterspätzle and mushrooms, my partner pork knuckle with potatoes. We both had our fill. Each element on the plate was seasoned perfectly. There was no problem with my request to remove the onion from the dish. You could feel that the cook is cooking from the heart :) I felt like at a family dinner. We will definitely return to this restaurant!

We spent a great afternoon at the Paulaner embassy. The location is very cozy and typically Bavarian. You feel like you're on vacation. Nice reception, super delicious food and a good beer selection. We would love to come back! :-).

Bavarian atmosphere in the Ruhrpott. Rustic furnished restaurant with typical Bavarian dishes. Everything we tried was very tasty and totally reasonable in price. The tone of the conditions is humorous and typical of the Ruhr area, but they are very attentive and quick. Recommended. The best way to park is in the parking garage on Brückstraße.

We really liked it here. Staff very friendly and funny. Food was delicious. Pre-soup was very good. Above all, we waited until we had finished the starter and then came the main course for everyone at the same time. There was also a great knuckle of pork. The menu is of course very Bavarian, but there are also many other delicious dishes.

The food and the atmosphere was more than I expected ... ㅎㅎ I remember eating in another big city, so I was disappointed. I recommend other big cities rather than Bochum!

Typical German food in a typical German setting. Service is first rate and it's wise to book since the number of tables is restricted. Food is typical German fare. Delicious and ample. It helps if one speaks some German since some of the staff do not all speak English. The chef is young but knows his art and speaks fluent English as does the female owner. The schnitzel is perfect especially with the mushroom sauce. I recommended dish. It's no bother to modify the order. Staff are very helpful. The pils is excellent and very cold 😁. I unreservedly recommend this establishment.

This restaurant has the best Schweinshaxen in NRW and believe me, I've tried Schweinshaxen everywhere. They also have the best prices. They don't rob you blind like other more popular restaurants. On second thought, maybe I shouldn't recommend this place otherwise next time I go it'd be full.

Good service - but poor food make this place pale against competition in the vicinity or any other standard.

VERY unprof+ unfriendly service to strangers! The English here is level "pigeon-engl" -lol. Go instead to FIEGE- Stammhaus, its close by+ kitchen and the Bochum- beer, is much better!

So a nice greeting to the food was great. The service was very friendly Price performance definitely fits. Clean .. food was fresh ... But I waited 45th of it .. I get something to drink ... Sitting as a group at 3 separate tables. It was very warm .. OTHERWISE definitely recommended ..

The first welcome, when we got in, is a bit rough and aggressive. At least this is our impression. A bit long waiting time but the filet steak was great as well as the Beilage. Unacceptable is the fact that they do not accept credit cards...

There were two of us there for dinner. There was only buffet on Thursday evening. But what was not bad, everything we could try was very tasty. No matter whether the various hot or cold dishes, meat, fish, sausage or cheese as well as the desserts. Staff was also very friendly and nice. Definitely recommendable

I was very happy here, friendly staff even my German is not perfect, fast service, nice meal. The calm island in the middle of Chinese or Turkian fast foods. Without doubts I can recommend this restaurant.
